Our company was founded in 1931 (incorporated as a company in 1933) originally as the sole agent of Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. in Eastern Japan. Since then, we had been in the automobile dealership business for half a century. In 1983, we made a major shift to the real estate leasing business and continue up to today.
We have provided comfortable space to our clients with a management philosophy of “THANKS”, keeping always in mind our upmost gratitude towards the society. We will continue to make sincere efforts to supply buildings that are friendly to the society and environment, and would like to play a part to create a prosperous city.

Daihatsu Akihabara Building
This 14-story-building is located near Akihabara Sta. and is mainly used as the Akihabara Washington Hotel operated by Fujita Kanko Inc. The other tenants are restaurants, a shop, and parking lots. 
Daihatsu Yurakucho Building
This 8-story-building is located just a few minutes’ walk from Hibiya Sta. and Yurakucho Sta., and used for offices, a shop and a restaurant. |
